THE APARTMENT
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms , one living room, one balcony under roof and one roofterrace, a total area of 90 m2 on two floors.
The apartment is perfectly situated in the heart of the old town of Altea with only a couple of minutes to the church square "Nuestra senora de la consuela" and at the same time only a couple of minutes to the beach.
THE LIVING ROOM
The living room has an open floor plan with a bar solution, a sofa bed and a foldable dinner table.. There is also a 32" Samsung "Smart" Flat screen TV and air condition.
The kitchen holds a stove, refrigerator, micro and a laundry maschine. Behind the sliding doors in the living room there is also a balcony with a dinner table, the balcony is under roof which is nice for hot summer days.
BEDROOMS
There is two bedrooms on different floors. The beds on the lower floor is two 90 cm beds which can be separated and there is also a french balcony in the room.
The Master bedroom is on the second floor and holds a queens size bed and doors out to the rooftop terrace.
THE TERRACES
There is one balcony and one roof terrace. Both of them perfect in their own way. The roof terrace is perfect for sunbath, slow mornings or late evening and the balcony is perfect to cool of on hot sumemr days.
THE LOCATION
The aprtment is perfectly situated in the heart of the old town of Altea. Near the church square with boutiques, bars & restaurants yet a peaceful and calm environment.
The beach is only a short stroll away, approximately 400 meters.
