HOUSE MANUAL
We who own the apartment is a Swedish family from Stockholm. Anna, Niclas, Nellie and Vera. We bought the apartment during the spring of 2017 and have since then
slowly started to put our style into it. The roof terrace was for an example finished in July 2017.
We wish you will have a great time and that everything will be to your satisfaction.
In return we hope that you take good care and treat the apartment, our personal belongings and neighbours with respect and care just as you would do in your own home.
To help you upon your arrival we hereby send you some instructions and guidelines.
There is also a booklet with guidelines in the apartment that we insist that you read and follow when you arrive to help you get the most out of your stay and helping us to keep the apartment in good condition.

The address to the apartment is Carrer de Sant Josep or Travesia de San Josep. There is no number on the facility but the complex is named "Complejo Miralmar" The facility have two entrances and the apartment is called "Bloque III". Our apartment is in the Esc III and on the second level. The apartment number is 1A

Check in
Check in time is from 14:00.
When you have landed at the airport or getting close to Altea. Please call Lesley at +34 657 486 016. Decide time and place for getting the keys.
Check out
The check out time on the day you are leaving is 11:00.
Decide time for check out with Lesley and hand her the keys.
She will also check that everything is in order and if so no deposit is needed.
If something is missing or are broken, we will hold you accountable accordingly the list of charges in the apartment.
Keys
There is three keys. One is for the apartment door, one is to open the door into the staircase of the apartment and one is for the garage. To the garage there is also a key card to access by car.
Garage
You access the garage by driving up the steep hill on Travesia de San Josep and then take the first right after the building ( a narrow and steep slope) The garage is in the lower level (there are 2 levels). To enter the garage you will need the garage card and a key to the garage door, the card will be found in the apartment. You can also access the garage by the ”garden” of the compound”
Our parking space is number 51.
Getting to the apartment from Alicante airport

By car => Take the highway road (AP7) marked with blue signs towards Valencia. The drive to Altea will take about 40 minutes. The highway is a toll way.

Exit the higway and drive towards Altea, pass the Riu Algar (river) (bridge with blue fence)

Keep driving straight ahead through the city (about 10 stoplights). You should ”pass” the city

Follow the signs towards Altea and La Nucia (CV 760). Drive under the trainbridge.

Keep right and keep following the signs towards Altea. Take right in the roundabout.
Follow the road and pass some industry locals

Keep driving. The road should now be steep upwards. When you are up on the hill take the first right when its possible (a sharp bend where theres also is a restaurant called ”La Mezquida”. You are now on ”Calle Piteras"

Keep driving about 500 meters and stop on the street. You should now be on the opposite to ”Finca San Jeronimo” Park the car and walk up the hill and pass the gates on your left side.

Pass the stairs in the garden. The apartment is in stair 1 (Esc 1) on the second floor (ap. 1A)

In the apartment there is also a card key to the garage. To get to the garage you should turn your car and get back the same way that you came. Take the first right (Travesia de San Josep) and go up the really steep hill. When you are up keep driving until you see a small and narrow alley on your right (about 100 m on the hill) There is a small ”Parking stop” sign in the alley. You should here go down the slope. The garage is on the second level and the card reader is on the wall on the drivers side. The parkingslot is number 51.

When parked it is possible to exit the garage through the door about 20 meters from the slot. If you exit this door you will enter the garden of the complex.
